Well I finally have volumes 1 & 2 completed of the Williams Brothers Family Memories. Each volume is about 1 hour long with stories of their childhood and growing up in rural Missouri.

Williams Family Reunion

Yesterday we had a great time at the Williams Family Reunion in Fort Scott, Kansas. We were missing some of the regulars. Clyde is still in the hospital, but Johnny said he might get out either Tuesday or Wednesday, which we were all happy to hear.

We had a great meal as usual and this year we watched part of the video I recorded of Earl, Bob and Dick talking about their childhood.

I want to thank everyone for coming, with gas prices as they are, traveling any distance can be costly.

Also any family member who wants a copy of the videos please send me a note and I would be happy to get you a copy.

Great Saturday Lunch

Saturday April 9th, 2011

There was a small but nice get together. Attending Williams' were Earl and Marvilyn, Bob, Dick, Johnny and Pat, Clyde and Rick and Louann. Also attending was Norma Fancher and Regina Butler. We all gathered at Woody's at Joplin, Missouri, for lunch and chit chat.

We visited for several hours while we enjoyed the bar-b-q. It was a great time for all

Williams Brothers Take 2

Well after a very long (too long) time Williams Brothers Family Memories Volume 1 is finaly on it's way to production. With upgraded software and some elbow grease, I finally managed to get the first round editted and I am working now on getting it on DVD for your viewing pleasure.

I will try to have the first 4 volumes (1 hour each) done before the reunion in June 2011 but no promises! :)

This has been a challenge but I now have the website back up, have almost completed volume 1 of WBFM and am trying to get more genealogy stuff put together as well.

Sorry for the downtime but things never quite seem to go as planned!

2011 Williams Family Reunion

The Williams Family Reunion will be held on June 4th, 2011 at Fort Scott, Kansas. Everyone is welcome! We will have a lot of fun and as always some great food. So bring your family, your appetite and if you are so inclined bring your musical instrument as well (no talent required!)

Williams Brothers Remember The Past

Weather permitting, we will have a little get togehter with Earl, Bob and Richard on the 4th of April. I will be video recording them as they tell me stories about our family and their lives. It should be very interesting!

Online GEDCOM Viewer is now active.

I have finally gotten the GEDCOM file viewer working and integrated with the site. At this time you must be a registered user to view it, but once I get some other configurations done I might remove that restriction.

If you have a GEDCOM file to add or see corrections that need made to the one I currently have, please let me know.

Update: I recently changed web hosts so now Ged Viewer is not working again. Sorry for the inconvenience but I will try to get it working or get the information posted as quickly as possible.

WilliamsGenealogy.Com is back ONLINE!

After several years of absence, Williams Genealogy is back online.

I had been so immersed in my work that I had not tried to get this site back up after selling AICON. Now I have my server up and running, as well as a couple of other websites I had working and will be adding content, images, news and genealogy information as fast as I can.

I hope you find this site useful and if there are any suggestions please drop them in the feedback section.
